Аннотация
The authors give a geographical and climatic description of the Guinean Republic and report the results of a survey carried out at Kamsar by means of intradermoreaction with leishmanine. They have observed 14,7 0/0 positive reactions in an apparently healthy population which did not present any leishmaniosis history. After discussion of the findings the authors report a case of skin leishmaniosis recently observed at Conakry.
