Аннотация
Reducing urinary tract infections at hospitals is a very attainable goal if health care professionals have the data, track patients with catheters or those susceptible to infections and make several process improvements. Intermountain Healthcare is developing a urinary catheter duration program that will be linked with its electronic medical record system to identify patients who may not initially need catheters or those who could have them removed.
