Аннотация
Photoelectrochemistry (PEC) presents an emerging paradigm for aqueous neurosynaptic emulation. Here, a bioinspired PEC synapse integrating optical perception and biosensing of real neurotransmitter glutamate (Glu) is devised for visuomorphic in-sensor computing. Short-term and spiking-dependent plasticity with Glu-tunable excitatory and inhibitory signals are realized, making possible Glu-tunable convolutional kernel for in-sensor preprocessing and convolutional neural network. This work achieves PEC in-sensor processing and real neurotransmitter-mediated visuomorphic computing for the first time.
