Аннотация
Severe pathologic tooth migration (PTM) secondary to chronic periodontitis presents significant functional and esthetic challenges. This report describes a fully digital workflow for rehabilitating severe anterior PTM using additively manufactured (AM) monolithic zirconia post-and-core crowns. Through digital planning, precise crown resection and ferrule and post space preparation were completed before an intraoral scanner captured accurate digital scans. The 1-piece restorations provided excellent fit and adhesion, significantly improved the axial inclination of the clinical crowns, and yielded successful esthetic and functional outcomes at the 1-year follow-up.
