OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography for adrenal metastatic carcinoma.
METHODS: In comparison with the results of CT, MRI, DSA and ECG, ultrasonic features of adrenal metastatic carcinoma were analyzed in 39 clinically confirmed cases.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Ultrasound proved to be sensitive and accurate in the diagnosis of adrenal metastatic carcinoma, which offers an important clinical diagnostic modality for this malignancy.
