Аннотация
We present a 25-year-old female, who underwent transcatheter pulmonary valve replacement (TPVR) with VenusP-valve for severe pulmonary regurgitation following previous correction of tetralogy of Fallot. The procedure was complicated by acute compression of the left anterior descending coronary artery, necessitating emergency surgical removal of the valve. Despite prompt management, severe left ventricular function impairment developed, and the patient underwent implantable cardioverter-defibrillator ICD implantation for primary prevention.
