Аннотация
Right aortic arch associated with coarctation of the aorta is an extremely rare congenital vascular anomaly. We report the case of a 17-year-old girl presenting with upper limb hypertension and absent femoral pulses. Computed tomography angiography (CTA) revealed a severe aortic coarctation associated with a right-sided aortic arch. A balloon-expandable stent was successfully implanted, leading to a significant reduction in pressure gradient and rapid clinical improvement. This case underscores the value of a minimally invasive strategy combining CTA for detailed anatomical assessment with percutaneous stenting for effective treatment of a rare aortic arch anomaly. This report illustrates the role of multimodality imaging and minimally invasive intervention in this setting.
