Аннотация
A novel study design comparing results from a phase II trial with those from a prior phase III trial shows that a daratumumab-based regimen is more effective in ultra-high-risk melanoma than a conventional drug combination. However, it is unclear whether this approach can be applied to other contexts and forms of cancer.
