Аннотация

WHAT IS ALREADY KNOWN ABOUT THIS TOPIC?: Myopia is a growing public health concern, with established risk factors including near-work activities and family-related factors. However, the interactions between visual behaviors and family factors remain poorly understood.

WHAT IS ADDED BY THIS REPORT?: This study uses network analysis to examine the relationships among visual behaviors, family factors, and refractive status in 29,525 children. It identifies key central and bridging nodes, highlighting the need for age-specific interventions.

WHAT ARE THE IMPLICATIONS FOR PUBLIC HEALTH PRACTICE?: Targeting postural behaviors, reducing screen time, and promoting family-based interventions may help prevent myopia.
