Аннотация
The experience with treatment of 454 patients with the ulcer disease recurrence which occurred after closure of a perforative duodenal ulcer is presented. Disease recurrence developed in 83.9% of the patients, and was complicated in 54.5% within the first 3 years after the operation. In 411 patients, gastric resection was performed using L. G. Khachiyev's technique which permitted to ensure safety of the duodenal stump sutures.
