Аннотация
Pancreatic cancer remains one of the deadliest malignancies due to its silent progression and lack of early diagnostic tools. Here, we report a light-addressable photoelectrochemical (LAMT-PEC) biosensing system featuring single-atom Au1-TiO2 photoelectrodes for the simultaneous detection of five pancreatic cancer biomarkers in blood: CA19-9, CEA, AFP, CA125, and CA724. By anchoring aptamers at atomic precision, the platform achieves sub-pg/mL sensitivity, minimizes nonspecific binding, and demonstrates high anti-interference capability. When coupled with a machine learning algorithm, the system enables precise discrimination of early-stage pancreatic cancer from healthy individuals with an AUC of 97.4 %, significantly outperforming CA19-9 alone. The LAMT-PEC platform presents a scalable, high-throughput, and clinically relevant strategy for early cancer screening, with broad applicability to multiplex diagnostics.
