In the material of 300 kidneys, collected from adult corpses of both sexes, the presence of double renal pelvis and duplicated ureter within the renal hilus was detected in 4 cases. In the investigated double kidneys the number of segmental arteries ranged from 4 to 6. In two out of the examined organs there were double posterior branches of the renal arteries and consequently, two posterior arterial segments. In two kidneys the segmental arteries crossed the urinary tract structures.
