[A case of sigmoid-cutaneous fistula caused by a rolled-up mesh and sigmoid colon perforation after bilateral TAPP inguinal hernia repair].

Results of TAPP inguinal hernia repair in 234 patients are presented. Apart from the most frequently described complications of TAPP one case of sigmoid-cutaneous fistula caused by a rolled-up mesh and sigmoid colon perforation 5 years after TAPP was observed. This patients was cured by partial sigmoid resection and remowal of the displaced mesh.
