Аннотация
There are generated conditions for development of massive anaerobe infection which is in condition of communication off retroperitoneal colon, directly endangering life of the patient. From familiar anatomical characteristics of retroperitoneal part of colon and on account of massive anaerobe infect in retroperitoneum, all primary anastomoses and sutures are insecure and shouldn't be used. Application of exteriorization in cases of destruction of retroperitoneal colon is the securiest method.
