Аннотация
Radical operation is a primary treatment modality for endometrial carcinoma (EC). While effective, it is associated with postoperative complications, including postoperative paralytic ileus (POI). In this retrospective study, clinicopathological data from 587 EC patients who received radical surgery were analyzed. First, logistic regression analysis was used to identify influencing factors for postoperative POI in EC patients. Subsequently, a risk prediction model was developed based on the identified risk factors. The results showed that a history of cesarean section, prior abdominal surgery, diabetes, intestinal adhesion, and dysmenorrhea were independent risk factors for POI in EC patients after radical surgery. Model validation confirmed good goodness-of-fit and satisfactory predictive performance.
