Аннотация
Adult intussusception is an uncommon clinical entity, representing approximately 5% of all intussusception cases and 1%-5% of intestinal obstructions in adults. (1) In contrast to the pediatric population, adult intussusception is most often secondary to an underlying organic lesion, frequently a neoplasm. Malignant lesions account for nearly 30%-50% of small bowel cases. (2) Among these, primary small intestinal lymphoma is a rare cause, with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) being particularly uncommon. We herein report a case of chronic intermittent intussusception revealing primary DLBCL of the small intestine, emphasizing the diagnostic challenges encountered in this rare presentation.
