Аннотация
Cases of oral osteolipoma have been a rare entity when it comes to its site of occurrence. The literature has reported only a few cases proving it to be a rare histologic variant. An uncommon finding in a lipoma is the presence of bone ossification, which warrants the name osteolipoma. The solitary treatment of choice remains surgical excision. Being a benign lesion, it also justifies that it holds a good prognosis. This case report, thus, intends to present a case of osteolipoma in the gingiva of the lingual sulcus.
