Аннотация
Initial clinical experiences of a new method for the treatment of glottic synechiae developed in animal experiments are reported. Adhesions were divided by a microsurgical technique without opening the larynx. A plastic keel was fixed by stitching it from inside out between the separated cicatrial membranes. The keel was removed after 5 to 6 weeks. The adhesions were successfully relieved.
