Аннотация
Classification of glottic squamous cell carcinoma according to Jakobsson's grading system with the use of eight different microscopic measurement of the tumor seems to be important clinically. In this pilot study comprising 31 cases of small glottic squamous cell carcinoma (T1A Union Internationale Contre le Cancer 1972), however, a distinct correlation between high total malignancy score and local recurrent tumor growth is absent.
