Аннотация
Chiral α-sulfanyl carbonyl compounds are attractive synthetic targets owing to their potential bioactivities. Herein, we report a copper(I)-catalyzed enantioselective allylic alkylation of α-sulfanyl acetamides and esters with Morita-Baylis-Hillman (MBH) carbonates, giving a diverse array of chiral α,α-disubstituted amides and esters in high yields, enantioselectivities and E/Z ratios. This reaction shows broad substrate scope, excellent scalability, and versatile downstream derivatization of the products.
