Аннотация
The core of underwater energy detection and leak warning lies in accurately detecting dissolved gases, reliable gas analysis requires high-quality gas sampling. Although breakthroughs have been made in existing gas sensing technologies, the mass transfer barrier of gas-liquid two-phase separation still severely restricts its underwater applications. Therefore, this study proposes a passive bionic and active electric field collaborative enhanced gas-liquid separation strategy: the passive unit draws inspiration from the bionic protrusion structure of gas exchange in starfish gills, with an array arrangement inside the chamber to achieve low pressure drop and local vorticity enhancement. The optimal design of these components is achieved through a multi-objective parrot intelligent algorithm, and the final R2 value exceeds 97%. The active unit applies electrical signals through integrated electrodes at the bottom of the chamber, and uses the electric heating effect to construct a temperature gradient to induce directional fluid flow, ultimately achieving mass transfer enhancement. Performance testing shows that under the synergistic effect, the separation efficiency has increased by 30.16%, directly increasing the maximum response of the sensor by 131.18% and shortening the response time by 7.85%.
