Аннотация
The modern ambulatory primary care landscape has shifted from a volume-driven model to a data-intensive ecosystem, transforming the physician leader into a strategic architect who navigates high patient volumes and shifting payment models. This article outlines essential principles for leadership in this dynamic environment. First, leaders face the "straddle dilemma" of overlapping Fee-for-Service and Value-Based Care. By standardizing workflows and removing regulatory myths, leaders can reduce cognitive burden without bifurcating care standards. Second, integrating acquired practices requires balancing mandatory system-wide standardization with humble inquiry to preserve local best practices.
