Аннотация
PURPOSE: To describe a case of ozanimod-associated macular edema.
METHODS: Clinical history, ophthalmic examination, and multimodal imaging.
RESULTS: A 62-year-old man with ulcerative colitis developed bilateral macular edema after six months of ozanimod therapy. Vision improved and OCT showed resolution in both eyes after drug discontinuation.
