Аннотация
Sample pretreatment is a critical step in mycotoxin detection and analysis for grain and oil. Conventional pretreatment processes are complex and time-consuming, while manual operations frequently lead to low detection specificity and efficiency. This study presents a universal, automated, and ultra-efficient pretreatment device (GOMAPD) and its method. Systematic elucidation of the direct sonication mechanism established the principle that probe immersion depth, intensity, and duration should be preset according to matrix type, providing a theoretical basis for adaptive parameter setting. The fully automated platform covers the entire pretreatment workflow, processing 24 samples per hour, producing extracts directly compatible with TRFIA and HPLC detection. The method achieved recoveries of 84.01%-110.15% with RSD below 5.73%, replacing manual operation with high-efficiency batch processing. This research offers technical support for practical, safe, and efficient detection across the entire food chain, providing an efficient and reliable solution for food safety monitoring.
