Аннотация
We report the complete genome sequences of three biocalcifying bacteria, Lysinibacillus fusiformis LBL1, Peribacillus frigoritolerans PBL6, and Planococcus glaciei PCL1, isolated from calcareous soil in Laqlouq, Lebanon. With both ureolytic and non-ureolytic phenotypes, this study provides the genomic resources for investigating the diversity of biocalcifying bacteria.
