Аннотация

Nanofat, produced through mechanical processing of autologous adipose tissue, contains stromal vascular fraction (SVF), extracellular matrix components, and perivascular cell populations associated with paracrine, angiogenic, and immunomodulatory signalling. Cryopreservation before emulsification allows material from a single harvest to be stored and used across multiple treatments, supporting staged clinical, reconstructive, and tissue-support applications. This reduces patient burden and the morbidity of repeated liposuction, and potentially enables treatment schedules to align with tissue remodelling cycles. The cryobiology of adipose tissue and the biological properties of SVF-derived preparations are each well characterised in isolation, but the literature lacks a coherent account of how they combine in a workflow that is both clinically practical and compatible with regulatory oversight. Most published approaches describe same-day preparation, offering little structure for staged treatments without repeated harvest. This article synthesises current evidence on nanofat biology, cryobiology principles for adipose-derived preparations, mechanical processing and delivery, and governance requirements for regulated cryostorage. A generic Human Tissue Authority (HTA)-licensed cryopreservation workflow model is presented to illustrate how validated controlled-rate freezing, cryopreservation of whole lipoaspirate, thawing, and mechanical emulsification to produce nanofat, supported by traceability and a documented quality management system (QMS), can support regulated clinical use. This article addresses a gap in the literature by providing a structured pathway for consistent autologous treatments from a single harvest while meeting regulatory expectations for human tissue storage. This article is a narrative synthesis, not a systematic review; it focuses on workflow, cryobiological, and governance conditions rather than grading therapeutic efficacy.
