Аннотация
Wastewater RNA extracts, concentrated using nanoparticle and electronegative membrane filtration approaches, were stored at -80 °C for 14 months. Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 RNA was quantified using RT-ddPCR and RT-qPCR. Both assays demonstrated reliable detection in this complex matrix, supporting their use in retrospective wastewater surveillance.
