Аннотация
Pancreatic cancer is a highly aggressive malignancy of the digestive tract, often associated with poor prognosis, short survival, and diminished quality of life upon diagnosis. To improve clinical outcomes and extend patient survival, early intervention at the etiological level is essential to reduce the risk of onset and progression. Recent studies have highlighted the significant roles of both psychological and physical stress in the initiation and development of pancreatic cancer. This article systematically examines the link between stress and pancreatic carcinogenesis from the dual dimensions of psychological and physical stress, incorporating mechanisms such as neuroendocrine modulation, immune dysregulation, and behavioural changes. Furthermore, it explores individualised stress management strategies for pancreatic cancer patients, aiming to offer new insights for early intervention and comprehensive treatment.
