[Evolution of advanced healthcare governance for chronic non-communicable diseases: from traditional models to digital strategies (review)].
Аннотация
Achieving effective control and management of chronic non-communicable diseases represents a critical intersection between medicine and macroeconomics, ultimately shaping the sustainable development of society. This paper examines the evolution of the healthcare delivery model, tracing its trajectory from the traditional N. A. Semashko system to its modern adaptations. The literature review demonstrates that global healthcare practices are increasingly implementing advanced, integrative delivery models that operate within a unified digital information space. The development of Virtual Specialized Medical Centers (VSMCs), which function as an automated 'coordinating core' based on horizontal and vertical integration, enable the synergy of telemedicine, AI, the Internet of Medical Things, and big data analytics to flexibly integrate in-person and remote healthcare delivery models. These innovative formats of VSMCs allow for the efficient leverage of centralized resources from National Medical Research Centers, academic medical centers, and expert-tier multidisciplinary hospitals, while simultaneously enhancing decentralized healthcare access for the population. Ultimately, this approach bridges technological gaps across the country's regions and strengthens public health.
