[Modern trends in strengthening the professional health of doctors and nurses of healthcare systems in foreign countries: review].

The professional health of a medical worker refers to the state of his body, as well as physical, mental and social well-being, which allows him to perform his functional duties efficiently and safely. The professional health of a medical worker depends on the influence of a complex of process factors, means and conditions of his activity. The results of the analysis of 18 systematic reviews, meta-analyses and articles published over the past 5 years by researchers from 12 countries are presented as the most representative and containing new scientific facts in the field of studying various aspects of strengthening the professional health of doctors (surgeons and dentists) and nurses of various profiles of healthcare systems in foreign countries. It turned out that occupational diseases of the musculoskeletal system were mainly studied among doctors. Along with this, their mental health and professional burnout were mainly studied among nurses. These materials are intended for doctors and nurses, healthcare organizers, medical university teachers, and professionals involved in professional health promotion.
