[Proximity psychology : clinical presence and perspectives].
Аннотация
Proximity psychology has developed in hospital settings as a continuation of institutional psychiatry, community psychology, and, more recently, emergency psychology implemented during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is characterized by a discreet and regular clinical presence within teams, aimed at supporting subjectivity, creativity, and collective bonds in a context marked by multiple challenges. By fostering spaces for dialogue and symbolization, it enables staff members to preserve their psychological vitality and to act as authors of their own practice. For the institution, it represents both a sustainable investment in occupational health and an ethical form of resistance. The limits of this activity are linked to various institutional challenges.
