Technological advances and comparative analyses of robotic surgery in the management of gynecologic cancer: surgical systems, evidence, and clinical outcomes.

Robotic surgery has transformed gynecologic oncologic surgical practice over the past two decades. The development of advanced systems such as the Da Vinci Xi, DV5 and SP, Hugo™ RAS, Versius®, and Senhance®, Hinotori, has expanded the capabilities of minimally invasive approaches, particularly in complex scenarios like surgical management of gynecological cancers. This review summarizes key technological advancements, discusses their clinical applicability, and compares robotic surgery with other surgical approaches (conventional laparoscopy and open surgery), with emphasis on quality of life, complications and oncology outcomes.
