[Current aspects of the formation of modern architecture of primary health care].
Аннотация
This article presents a qualitative study of current aspects of primary healthcare development. In the current socioeconomic environment, both globally and in Russia, it is important to understand and consider current trends to develop a sustainable and forward-looking primary healthcare architecture. Up to 75% of the projected health benefits from achieving the Sustainable Development Goals can be achieved within the primary healthcare system. One of the tasks of national healthcare systems is to adequately address these challenges without causing critical changes in the healthcare architecture or leading to a global shift in the principles of sustainable development of the system as a whole. A team-based approach to developing primary healthcare is justified and offers the potential for greater coverage of competencies at the «first point of contact.» Approaches to assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of primary healthcare are moving toward integrated indicator-based assessment systems. Staffing shortages and the proper integration of digital technologies are global challenges for primary care. Sufficient local autonomy will allow for a more responsive response to ongoing changes. It is necessary to abandon planned management in primary care and transition to flexible indicators.
