Аннотация
The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the export of medical services to foreign citizens who received assistance from medical organizations subordinate to the Moscow City Department of Health for 2019-2025. The study is based on official statistical data. Special attention is paid to the factors constraining the growth of exports of services, including visa barriers and logistical difficulties. The main source of information is the data from the operational monitoring of the «Export of medical services» for the period 2019-2025, generated within the framework of the federal project «Development of the export of medical services» of the national project «Healthcare». The key indicators of the industry's development are considered: the total number of foreign patients, the dynamics of their growth, as well as the transformation of the flow structure by country of origin. The authors found that during the analyzed period, the volume of exports of medical services in the metropolis increased more than three times, demonstrating steady annual growth. The main trends are revealed: the dominant role of patients from the CIS countries, whose share in the structure increased from 87.5% to 94.5%, and a parallel decrease in the proportion of citizens from European countries. The analysis of the demand structure by type of medical services allowed us to identify the most competitive areas, such as high-tech surgery, reproductive medicine and dentistry. The paper substantiates that such a high rate of development is due to the implementation of a national project in the field of healthcare, the modernization of the material and technical base of clinics and a targeted marketing policy.
