Аннотация
A direct photoinduced and Cu(II)-mediated decarboxylative radioiodination method was described. This transformation features a broad substrate scope and excellent functional group tolerance, affording the corresponding radiolabeled (hetero)arenes in good to excellent radiochemical yields. Furthermore, this methodology enables the late-stage radioiodination of complex bioactive molecules, providing a versatile platform for the development of radioiodinated radiopharmaceuticals.
