Аннотация
One novel polyketide compound (1) and eight known compounds (2-9) were isolated from the mangrove endophytic fungus Diaporthe pseudomangiferae. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis, including nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and mass spectrometry (MS). The ability of the compounds to protect against cisplatin-induced ototoxicity was evaluated. Compounds 1, 5, 6, 8, and 9 protected against cisplatin-induced HEI-OC1 cell damage and alleviated cisplatin-induced hair cell damage in zebrafish. The potential otoprotective mechanism was investigated using molecular docking. This study provides a new strategy for identifying active compounds for preventing and treating drug-induced deafness among the secondary metabolites of mangrove endophytic fungi.
