Аннотация
Ocular tuberculosis is a rare extrapulmonary manifestation of TB with diverse presentations, posing diagnostic challenges. High suspicion, multimodal imaging, and ancillary tests are crucial for diagnosis. Early initiation of combined antitubercular and corticosteroid therapy can significantly improve visual outcomes and prevent complications, even in the absence of pulmonary TB symptoms.
