Аннотация
Malignant growths in the tonsils, larynx, or pharynx are associated with throat cancer. Current diagnostic techniques are limited by subjectivity and clinician variability and rely on invasive procedures. This study examines sophisticated models for detecting throat cancer that use machine learning and multimodal analysis. Recurrent neural networks (RNNs), convolutional neural networks (CNNs), and hybrid models that combine these with other machine learning techniques are examples of state-of-the-art methods. These models enable data-driven improvements in diagnostic accuracy by utilizing a variety of data types. CNN-based imaging analysis is a key technique that improves accuracy and decreases manual intervention by automatically extracting and learning features from medical images. To understand throat cancer, RNNs analyze patient data over time and spot trends in the disease's course. To enhance model performance, ensemble learning and transfer learning techniques are examined. The models enable early diagnosis, leading to timely treatment, higher survival rates, and lower medical costs, showing strong potential for clinical use.1.Multimodal Analysis: Imaging, genomic, and health record data are used for better diagnosis.2.Deep Learning Models: CNNs and RNNs are employed to detect and track throat cancer accurately.3.Improved Outcomes: Enables early diagnosis, reducing treatment costs and increasing survival rates.
