Itch is a common and challenging symptom in dermatology, present in various conditions from idiopathic cases to chronic inflammatory diseases, systemic disease associations, and treatment-related eruptions in oncology and immunology. This month's selected articles focus on the treatment options of chronic pruritus, prurigo nodularis, and the impact of immunomodulatory therapies. Overall, these studies emphasize that pruritus often involves more than just the skin, requiring multidisciplinary care.
