Аннотация
Nanofluid technology is increasingly relevant in biomedical engineering for enhancing diagnostics and targeted therapies. This study examines the electromagnetohydrodynamic behavior of an Au-blood nanofluid through a tapered, porous, stenosed artery. Blood is modeled as a non-Newtonian Casson fluid with temperature-dependent viscosity, described using Reynolds' and Vogel's models. The governing equations, which incorporate slip, body acceleration, electro-osmosis, magnetic effects, and nanoparticle suspension, are solved using a finite difference scheme and validated against benchmark studies. Novelty arises from the simultaneous integration of these multiphysics effects with realistic viscosity models. Results show that velocity increases with electro-osmotic effects and nanoparticle concentration but decreases with magnetic field strength, while Vogel's model yields the highest velocities. These findings provide new insights for biomedical applications such as diagnostics, targeted drug delivery, wound healing, and nano-pharmacology.
