Аннотация
Recurrent pneumothorax associated with interstitial lung disease occurs frequently. In the case of refractory pneumothorax, other methods such as mechanical pleurodesis, in addition to chemical pleurodesis, should be considered, because antifibrotics such as pirfenidone might affect the effectiveness of pleurodesis.
