Аннотация
Tebentafusp is a novel T-cell receptor-based bispecific protein that targets glycoprotein 100 and CD3. It is the only approved systemic therapy for patients with unresectable or metastatic human leucocyte antigen (HLA)-A*02:01-positive uveal melanoma. Cutaneous toxicities are common, yet there are limited studies in the literature. We conducted a retrospective observational cohort study of patients with HLA-A*02:01-positive unresectable or metastatic uveal melanoma who received tebentafusp therapy from August 2021 to January 2024 at the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust (London, UK), a tertiary referral centre. Cutaneous toxicity occurred in 16/18 (89%) patients, but reactions were manageable, with no patients permanently discontinuing treatment. To our knowledge, we also report the first case of bullous pemphigoid associated with tebentafusp.
