Immersive Analytics (IA) utilises stereoscopic 3D (S3D) graph visualisations in Virtual and Augmented Reality to harness spatial understanding and engagement beyond 2D screen displays. Blinks are a ubiquitous yet largely unnoticed aspect of human vision, despite causing frequent interruptions of visual input that can amount to up to 10% of waking time. By leveraging a large dataset of unconstrained gaze behavior during two natural tasks, we found a behavioral strategy to limit the impact of blinks: blinks were strategically coupled with head movements, which minimizes information loss due to unreliable visual input during head movements. In this work, the (Z)-3-(2-oxo-phenylethylidene)indoline-2-one (IsCh) chemosensor was successfully synthesized. The synthesized IsCh was characterized by FTIR, UV-Vis, and 1H NMR spectroscopy, showing characteristic IR bands at 3153, 1710, 1648, and 1611 cm-1, absorption maxima at 331 and 258 nm, and an NH resonance at δ 8.55 ppm. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy of oral belzutifan on retinal capillary hemangioblastomas (RCHs) in patients with von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) disease.
DESIGN: Single-center, retrospective case series.
PARTICIPANTS: Thirty-three patients (42 eyes) with VHL disease and at least one measurable RCH who were treated with oral belzutifan (40-120 mg/day) and examined at the National Eye Institute with at least one follow-up visit.
