OBJECTIVE: To describe characteristics and treatment of patients with calcinosis cutis in the clinical setting of autoimmune connective tissue disease (ACTD).
DESIGN: Retrospective study.
SETTING: Tertiary referral center.
PATIENTS: Seventy-eight patients with calcinosis cutis and ACTD between 1996 and 2009.

In this retrospective study we employed real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to analyse the occurrence of Mycoplasma pneumoniae among upper and lower respiratory tract infections (RTI) in the Central Region of Slovenia between January 2006 and December 2014.
