Of the 26 patients with myasthenia gravis undergone thymectomy, 11 cases had either benign or malignant thymoma as judged not only by hitological examination but also by their clinical and operative findings. Age of initial onset ranged from 13 to 64 years old. Fifteen out of 26 (58 per cent) benefited from thymectomy. Duration of the symptom from the onset to the operation and the presence or absence of the thymoma are not related to their outcome. Patients after operative and/or radiological therapy for cervical cancer should have gynecological follow-up examinations every two months in the first year. Twenty previously untreated children with primary Ewing's sarcoma and 8 children with primary tumor and metastatic disease were treated with surgery or radiation therapy (6,000-7,000 rads) for their primary tumor and T-2 chemotherapy. The authors present their own experience about the colposcopic findings in the vagina after radical operative interventions, radiological or combined radiological and surgical treatment of carcinome of the genitals in women. On the basis of 902 checkups of such patients in whom there were 65 (7,20%) suspect colposcopic findings and 43 (4,76%) relapses the authors present detailed descriptions of the colposcopic patterns of relapses, that is, metastases and degenerative changes in the vagina after the above mentioned therapeutical procedures.

The pedal lymphographic findings in 260 patients with testicular tumours are reviewed: 117 patients had a seminoma, 105 had a teratoma and 38 combined tumours. 26 percent of seminomas were associated with a positive lymphogram, corresponding figures being 42 percent for teratomas and 53 percent for combined tumours.
