Although lipoma is the most common soft tissue tumor, lipoma in the infrapatellar fat pad (IFP) is rare. Herein, we report three cases of lipoma in the IFP that penetrated the joint capsule and extended subcutaneously. All patients presented with unusual MRI findings.
