A 32-year-old male presented with a growing right inguinal mass. He had a history of right orchiopexy for cryptorchidism at age 8. INTRODUCTION: Ocular myasthenia gravis (OMG) is an autoantibody-mediated disease characterized by extraocular muscle weakness. Telitacicept has shown potential in treating autoimmune diseases, but its efficacy and corticosteroid-tapering outcomes in OMG remain unexamined.
METHODS: This retrospective, multicenter study evaluated the efficacy and corticosteroid-tapering outcomes of telitacicept in 19 OMG patients (11 with refractory OMG and eight with newly/reinitiated treatment OMG). BACKGROUND: Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) are a group of clonal hematopoietic stem cell disorders with a risk of progression to acute myeloid leukemia (AML). MDS-transformed AML (MDS-AML) has a poor prognosis. The concurrent presence of DEK::CAN fusion gene positivity and WT1 overexpression is extremely rare and likely denotes a highly aggressive disease.

BACKGROUND: Post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD) is a devastating complication following solid-organ and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. While PTLD is often effectively managed with immunotherapy or immuno-chemotherapy, rare cases present in a fulminant manner and are rapidly life-threatening.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the role of radiotherapy (RT) in patients who underwent hysterectomy for uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS).
METHODS: Patients with the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics stage I-IVa UCS who were treated between 1990 and 2012 were identified retrospectively in a multi-institutional database. Of 235 identified patients, 97 (41.3%) received adjuvant RT. Twenty-two patients with a history of previous pelvic RT were analyzed separately.
