Breast cancer's primary site diversity may influence distant metastasis, yet research is scant. This study explores primary site impacts on metastasis and patient survival. We included 240,943 female breast cancer patients in the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results Program (SEER) data between 2010 and 2019. The primary sites were classified as upper-inner quadrant (UIQ, C50.2), lower-inner quadrant (LIQ, C50.3), upper-outer quadrant (UOQ, C50.4), lower-outer quadrant (LOQ, C50.5), axillary tail (C50.6), overlapping region (C50.8), and the central and nipple portion (TCNP, C50.0-C50.1).

PURPOSE: To better understand primary acinic cell carcinoma (AcCC) of the breast, this study investigated its clinical and pathological features.
METHODS: Nine cases of primary acinic cell carcinoma were thoroughly evaluated using routine pathological and immunohistochemical methods. The clinical features, pathological morphological features, and prognosis of each case were collected and analyzed.

INTRODUCTION: Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) is a rare, low-grade fibroblastic mesenchymal tumor that develops in the dermal and hypodermal layers of the skin. BACKGROUND: Endometrial carcinosarcoma (ECS) is a rare and highly aggressive malignancy, accounting for approximately 5% of all uterine cancers. While peritoneal seeding and pulmonary metastases are relatively common, breast involvement is exceedingly rare, with only a few cases reported in the literature, primarily involving the serous or clear cell subtypes and typically associated with widespread metastatic disease. To the best of our knowledge, this is the second documented case of a primary ECS metastasizing to the breast, and the first presenting as a solitary breast mass.

Contralateral breast (CB) cancer is the most common subsequent cancer among breast cancer survivors, and radiotherapy has been linked to CB cancer risk. We report a case of right locally advanced breast cancer in an 84-year-old woman. Her breast cancer(pathologically invasive ductal carcinoma)was 42 mm in diameter and located at B area(lower-inner quadrant)with marked skin invasion (cT4bN0M0, Stage ⅢB).
