We are presenting a case of women in 31 gestational week of her pregnancy with prematurely ruptured membranes and 10.5 cm myoma in the vagina. The cervix was elevated with well-defined external orifice, dilated to 10.5 cm. C-section with myomectomy was performed. The myoma had penetrated in the vagina with a lot of adhesions to the rectum and cavum Douglais. The vaginal vault and the posterior cervical wall were restored with single sutures. Primary vaginal carcinoma in uterovaginal prolapse is a rare entity. We report a case of an 84-years-old lady, who presented with long standing vaginal ulcer in association with third degree uterovaginal prolapse. Incisional biopsy was taken from the ulcer. Histopathological examination showed a large cell keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma.

Tubulo-squamous polyp is an infrequent, apparently benign lesion which has recently been described in the vagina. Histologically, it is characterized by an epithelial component, consisting of squamous nests and tubules, embedded in a hypocellular fibrous stroma. Here, we report an unusual histological variant showing a cellular stroma, as an additional histologic feature, which could lead to confusion with other site-specific lesions of the vagina. A brief review of the literature on this entity is also provided.

Cutaneous deciduosis represents a rare manifestation of cutaneous endometriosis in which typical endometrial glands and stroma are morphologically and physiologically transformed under hormonal influence. PURPOSE: Acute vulvitis, acute urethritis, and permanent sexual dysfunction are common among patients treated with chemoradiation for squamous cell carcinoma of the anal canal. BACKGROUND: New breast cancers occur in 25% to 30% of women < 50 years of age. These young women undergo ablative surgery, chemotherapy, or hormonal/targeted treatment. These treatments have resulted in increased survival but at the expense of early menopause, marked by distressing vasomotor symptoms, sexual dysfunction, decreased metabolism, and musculoskeletal and cardiovascular effects.
METHODS: A comprehensive literature search was performed using PubMed. This article reviews the evidence-based approaches to the treatment of these distressing symptoms in young breast cancer survivors.
