A Spigelian hernia is a rare abdominal wall herniation that occurs within the Spigelian fascia, located between the semilunar line and the outer border of the rectus abdominis muscle. A 2-year-old boy was brought to our medical facility because of a longstanding bulge in his right lower abdominal quadrant.
